I tried this VGA adapter on my HP laptop and it did not work.
Someday I may check it with a meter, to see if it wired right.
If you want to take a chance, then go ahead and buy one.

We tried this stupid thing on EVERY TV in our home, and we are very electronically intelligent. This piece of junk is broken, not even worth the few cents it cost to make it. And then when we were ready to return it, we realized that since we threw away the envelope it was mailed in we can't return it. I find it ridiculous that the buyer can't accept the receipt, and has to have the original yellow envelope. If you're looking for a piece of junk and to waste your money, then hopefully you'll waste it on this seller. NEVER going to buy again from this seller.

So, I was dumb, and didn't check my laptop specs before ordering this product. Your computer HAS TO support TV out for this to work. Not being able to test it, I really can't say if it's very good, but it shipped and seems to be of reliable construction. *shrug*

I bought this so that I could play my wii on my computer monitor, but it seems this doesn't work for that. And even if the seller offers a refund, I believe that this junk is still a waste of time, money, and effort. Do not buy if you think that this will play a wii ps3 or any other console on your computer monitor.
